Ivy Thomas is an accomplished props designer with over 15 years of professional experience in the theatre industry. Her work spans theatres nationwide, including productions in Maine, Minnesota, New York, and throughout Chicagoland, where she has resided in a little under a decade. She began working as a props artisan for Paramount Theatre’s Broadway and BOLD series, in 2019 then joining the team full-time in March 2024. Ivy’s career includes regional theatres, summer stock seasons at Great River Shakespeare Festival and Gateway Playhouse, and a wealth of collegiate-level teaching experience. She is recognized for designs that balance artistry, functionality, and storytelling—bringing each production to vivid life.
